Expats in Guyana are still in-country and no indications they will be sending expats back home

Minimize the uplift and benefits, folks will be happy to return back.

Dear @qfp+16KKZvt0
You are going by the assumption that the company will survive like other normal and average companies in order for people to manipulate its corrupt the system. Nostradamus had already predicted that ExxonMobil is now doom to become a very low level player and no one average and above average would care what and if anything gets corrupted in there.

@fed+16KKZvt0. Sounds like a new way to corrupt the ranking system even more. Management will rank high who they want and their friends whether they deserve it or not. So many of our processes are left open to manipulate the way we want.

Most expats repatriated and new rule implemented in May 2020 that only top ranked considered for new expatriate assignments.

Anyone Nominated for expatriate job but not in top rank group must get exception from VP to be considered for that expat assignment.

This does not apply to expats from low cost countries.

Most of them but there are a few exceptions, like disguised migrations to GBC's and ultra high potential employees. I would expect both cases will be reassessed shortly given the context...

Sooner the better. I have several esteemed colleagues whose sole objective in life has been to be constantly hungry like a dog for any ex-pat assignment and travel to international destinations for whatever excuse they could find. Not sure if they cared about the need and value for the company!
