Why are there still expats in Singapore? Holding onto senior leadership roles and not contributing to business. PIP them and send back them!!!

Global downstream marketing has been carried by AP for years in both fuels and lubes. We have been subsidizing their high pensions and salaries and when those overheads and allocations get too high, global managers blame us and subsequently refuse to invest in the region.
