EM Singapore depriving benefits from long service employee

Shame on EM HR Singapore, you should resign from your position before you tarnish your own HR profession.
Deprived the benefits from long service employee.
Disguised lay-off and call it continuous performance improvement program.
Forced resignation and insisted it’s a voluntarily resignation from employee.
How long more can you conceal the skeleton inside your closet.

It’s the same across regions.. why get so angry (not much resource left after years of bad management)... use the time to develop an escape plan.. And take actions...

In US there’s quite a few corrupt managers and this is why trying to implement a pip cut doesn’t work. You cannot count on corrupt managers to be honest. They keep their puppets.

Sadly, this is just your typical American company. Greed has corrupted the “leaders” of any decent sized public company.

The fact that these “leaders” cut you while still getting their same old bonuses and raises shows you have no leaders at all. They threw you under the bus.

Its disguisting. Its not just the long service employess. Its all the NMPT that they are deprived as well. Depriving of their performace bonus LAST YEAR. In which to add insult to the NMPT wounds, management had already received their bonuses.

Not transparent in their words. Still wants to go around meeting their KPIs, doing walkabouts, and touches. What a joke.

Please don’t judge US people by the poor decisions of these mo–n leaders. They lied on us too.

It’s a shame some bootlicking managers & supervisors still hanging around, agreed they should be hang to death for their wrong doings.
MOM informed we need to be patience, they are still gathering evidence and will submit to Jo for the next step.
Fellow colleagues impacted by this wrongful exercise, please do your part, a click away to submit your name to MOM and we are good.
Don’t live to be bullied by this scum company.

@afm+16KsBInO Desperate times do not justify the use of unethical tactics on one of the most important stakeholders of this company i.e. its employees. If EM had executed this layoff in the same way like its competitors like Chevron, we would have just accepted the bad news and leave with no hard feelings. The malevolence of this filthy management is beyond any sense of human decency. Like how the biggest criminals are treated in olden days, these managers ought to be chained and lined up in a row , ready to be spat at by onlookers in the parade square.

What you see happening in Singapore is the same policy being applied worldwide. This is a corporate policy, not Singapore specific. These are desperate times and you can expect it to continue over the next few years, with a general drop in rating for everyone as each year the bottom is cut.

HR Singapore,
don’t hide at home, go to MOM / TAFEP, provide the list of employee you have wrongfully classified them into NSI and lay them off under the disguise of performance issues.

P&GA make an official announcement to the public, wrongful termination revised to Irresponsible retrenchment.

Pay back the actual retrenchment benefits due to the employee.

Employee Union, please close shop, we don’t need you, you are bowing to this unethical soon to doomed organisation.
