If you had access to the "Huddles", Bill Ford was asked this question several months back regarding a a VW merger. First he said no, then he said "let me restate that, HELL NO". My believe is that the active members in the Ford family will go down with the ship if it comes to it.
Ford is an amazing company with best in class products & very generous to its employees. While in the midst of a difficult situation, it will do just fine as a smaller player. I applaud the reluctance to throw in the towel with a VW merger/alliance.

We already visited this topic. It is dead and we have moved on. VW does not bring enough to the table. Why do you rehash this??? You gotta be from fake news digging for info.. Why don't you comment on advantages vs disadvantages of potential alliance...
