I have read this thread, I would think that MC would approve a reorganization plan first that would then details the RIF count or money saved and the would slot people into the new positions. doesn't make sense to layoff and then reorganize. My best to all of you going into the three day holiday and hope you all find out quickly the future. I took the package in 2019 and have never looked back. Do watch out for the 39% tax bracket

Names are in boxes pending reviews. Give it another week for finalization. Then another for logistics/meetings to confirm how things will go down. Don't act like this is your first layoff!
Word is major re org plan being sorted first then any field layoffs will be 2-3 weeks.
