why were you and your fellow Very skilled older white guys were sitting duck when all these american companies were moving businesses to countries like India? you guys let that happened. large companies like IBM, Google, MS have already moved operations and development in India. someday they will move their head offices to India under the leadership of indian CEOs and Americans will be offshore employees.
Ginni was a horrible CEO. Drove the company into the ground and laid off tens of thousands Americans. The rest of the greedy Exec crew there is just as bad. All out to line their pockets at the expense of the workers.
Ginny = talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. Since when has she cared about employing Americans? Can’t believe she even dared to say that publicly. In all the years she was CEO this was never in her road map. In fact, exactly the opposite was true.

IBM is using the collar jobs to be mostly perform related That is not to say, that there can’t be some innovation there too, BUT 90% of their job functions are perform. FANG companies are hiring graduates to do innovation. You can hire perform at 25 cents on the dollar in India, Mexico, etc etc IBM always missing the Forest for the trees
Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google, Microsoft, Tesla, are hiring the best grads from the world's top PhD programs and putting them to work on AI, Cloud, IOT.
IBM is hiring 18 year olds out of high school, putting them through a 2 week bootcamp, putting them to work on AI, Cloud, IOT, bragging to Wall St how much money they're saving by hiring "new collar" workers.

This is the very reason why IBM is no longer a leader in anything but the mainframe which has mostly no competition... For IBM customers, you should be afraid to still be using any IBM products when IBM has not even the skills to support its own products!!!
The most ridiculous person to talk about getting people working again. She built a career on resource actions, financed the company on the backs of its employees to mask her incompetence. Why didn't she modernize, train and hire people when she was the CEO?
Zoom's market capital is higher than IBM. She is an epic failure for IBM stakeholders.
Gosh , how can ibm talk about bringing Americans to work again after doing multiple Back to back layoffs since April.
IBM's layoffs were all about getting rid of the older, better paid employees. Regardless of skills, reviews or business unit performance.
In ten years most of the US jobs will be moved to India, just wait and see.
