Rumor has it, the decisions have been made, and sent to MC for approval. Nothing we do will change the outcome now. Let’s say, we all have 50/50 chance, and the outcome is out of our control. Worrying about it won’t help you keep your job.

I would say the odds are a lot better than 50/50. They are not cutting half.
