I work in ASIC in Hudson, Ohio and am just wondering when will Allstate be done with layoffs? I'm sure there will be probably me more layoffs over the next few years but am wondering when they will be finished this year?

We are all contractors, guaranteed 2 weeks employment at a time. NEVER get comfortable you’re just a number, except for Tom and Glen.
As per our VP, that fact that you did not get laid off this go around does not mean you will be safe next year. Basically, the TG has multiple year budget targets, so cutting jobs for the near future is Tom's plan.
This round should be wrapped up by the end of year, but the truth is never. Not until every job is outsourced to India. So even if you make it through this round give it a few months or years. I didn’t get canned in the 2017 layoffs and here we are now
