Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

How much more latitude for Tom from board?

So Tom / leadership are thrashing with the sorts of things leaders do when they've run out of ideas:
1) acquisition
2) layoffs/cost cutting
3) TG- the initiative to rule them all!

  • the stock went above 100 in 2018 and then again in 2019. Went south in the COVID crash but didn't come back with the rest of the market. Completely anemic compared to Progressive...

How much runway does Tom have to right the ship before the board / markets indicate a move in a new direction?

TW should be sweating, all these cost cutting measures and yet the stock price has still not recovered, that is a bad sign and how long will the board put up with it?

TW if you are reading this, or more like one of your VP's you should retire, better to retire than be dismissed.
