Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Fresh out of the lab, T is set to debut their new wireless transport platform that promises to double the data transmission rate as before... they're strapping a message capsule to BOTH legs of carrier pigeons now. They say this could really take off....it's green new deal approved & they can pay the workers peanuts or chicken feed.

I would so hook to fiber if I had the option it would make your head spin. Where I'm located, any-body would have to spend too much on infrastructure. If a satellite would give more than 50M I would go in a minute!!!!!!

My observations, both pro & con:

• Never bet against Elon, he is the Edison of our time.

• Elon is a disrupter, and will put out of business all the buggy whip companies that dare compete against him.

• Ratty and Stinky could not run a lemonade stand for Elon. They are not fit to wipe Elon's @ss!

• Elon businesses are heavily dependent on Goobernment subsidies.

• Starlink is a winner just for the reason it will bypass all the local municipality BS permits. So much Goobernement waste and red tape will be avoided. Think about the hundreds of people T has just to deal with the Goobernment permitting $hit.

• Elon sleeps on the factory floor. Ratty and Stinky would never give up their 5 star hotels.
