For years now I've noticed lots of incompetent people at JP. specially Many technogy VPs and above do not cut the mustard.
I recall dealing with one that no one would question, even when incompetence was his best asset.
It was clear, but somehow remained employed.
Now I get it@!@@ JP Morgan Has sucesfully imported the Indian caste system to the US, to keep those untouchables employed at the expense of competent professionals in the lower castes, reported being treated unfairly from marginalized castes to facing caste discrimination and living in fear of their caste being outed of the jobs.
