All our maintenance are not showing and our new floor merchandise are not showing to work too. Is this happening to all club?

It’s called work ethic. It’s not because they make more money. It’s about doing a job you are hired to do.
We have 4 but only 2 show up and that’s because they are long time employees that are probably making more than 15 a hour
My club only has 4 maintenance and only 1 has been coming in to work
