There are reports on here about employees still on furlough since May, but does it go back any further for anyone?
How much time can Xerox legally keep people in the lurch?

In my building they have literally every single contractor furloughed since April. Nobody has been hired back and out work volume is nearly normal. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. I'm a long time employee and I don't see them bringing half our work force back anytime soon. I'm looking for another job.
We had to beg to get approval to bring back a driver so that we can get stuff out of the building .
MM in the Delivery org has to approve a business case before anyone can be brought back and every meeting I've been in they say they don't expect print volume to be back to pre-Covid levels until some time around mid-2022. So I think there's a lot more pain to go through before this is over.
We have about 10 techs still on Furlough. Only 1 brought back last month. It doesn’t look good. Sorry.
