While upper management makes and spends billions the employees that created the company are thrown away. They should report how much they spend on "trips" and awards "trips" it's disgusting. I have witnessed first hand – they spend more on alcohol at one event than the average home costs. Check out the Sugar Bowl $$$$$

Upper management can run a company so they have to purchase one at 4 Billion to improve market share. Once again making big money for them while cutting employees and the captive agents ability to be competitive
