I’ve been calling the IDSC and they be sayin it’s gonna go through hr moving foward. what’s going on? I also got emails that stuff be changing.

I agree- half of the people I work with have FMLA and abuse is an understatement- they actually brag about how they use it for vac, or just to take off-

Wrong FMLA is 12 weeks. LTD is till one is 65. You are not even close.
