Only a few positions for 140+ employees. Some of you will not make it and that's ok, you didn't deserve a position in the first place. Scaled Agile is a SCAM

I think chevron is making the right moves to secure its shareholder return.
You know why they upped the severance package from 2 to 3 weeks per years of service. A. To pay the tax man. freakin obvious really! so transparent! In some way I really believe they must think we are mo–ns not to see thru it. What an insult!
I googled it: EUSA = Eighth United States Army
What on earth is EUSA?
jesus christ.. what happened here? I always thought IRSM would be the first to fall.f
Ever been curious about how we sold NADC a year after waiting 10+ years to open it?
ITC wasted millions and then told the San Ramon office that having a 50+ms ping (locally) was acceptable.
Truth be told - CVX wanted to save millions by selling to Satya Nadella. They will be the new overlords.
This is the first day of my last day
@aer+16Pesn7H Don't fall victim to the game. MW is trying to hostile takeover this company to become ChevronMobil. At this rate, it's a measuring contest on who can fire the most employees and keep the dividend longer.
All I know is I have my lawyer on standbye for wrongful termination. My ratings are superb, but now the dividend is more important than my ability to feed my family. JP Morgan Chase wants that money even when Chevron is losing, and real families will be sacrificed to pay them.
My mailbox is super slow. screw EUSA
What does this have to do with Scaled Agile?
So this is what digging your own grave feels like?
Does he even fit in that porsche?
listen up EUSA employees. Don't show the HCL people how to take over in your "transition" meetings. These non-cow eaters have no idea how to run this group.
Wish I could drive away in my Porche with millions too like Uncle Jim.
Are all of the wives, children, and family members of VIPs included in the selection event? Something tells me they will land a spot due to the only qualification that matters in this mob... Who you know. The good talent will take the severance and be elsewhere come Christmas. Those that remain will be the most dead of Deadwood.
dude! this thread is insane. I used to work for EUSA but I moved in the horizons program.
I can confirm basically everything is true... they're terrible and only a few of their young employees deserve to move on.
Is this the same group that is pushing "modern desktop". What a bunch of tools. They must be a under a deadline to get this thing done before they get fired. I don't want to upgrade. I enjoy my slow @ss computer.
Can I get in the reorg meetings? I can call out all of the useless middle managers that are clogging up the drain.
EUSA is the same group that gave up on the two or three people that knew how to fix things and decided that they would ask Microsoft how to do anything.
Best part is how EUSA spent millions just to say they run agile. Google fake agile and tell me that's not what CVX runs. Good thing there are so many powerpoint maker positions in the new org under the guise of "agile". I'm sorry, are we a software company or a company that runs agile to purchase out of box solutions. Fake agile.
What will Slim Jim do with his time now that he can't be mad at EUSA's constant failures?
Who will exec support tap to do their job when I'm at my next company? Fire everyone, but keep exec support errand boys. Call 8765 next time Wirth's pc breaks, but keep exec support because they are Wirth it.
Sorry y'all. I can tell you are mad but EUSA needed to go. There were multiple ethics issues including infidelity, sweetheart contracts, and at least 1 lead that got to live in Vegas for some reason and fly back and forth on investor money every weekend. I hope the media investigates the contracts that were given out to ensure they were above board.
By the way - HCL does not pay 100k a year... so start thinking about what is next.
I just want to know how we still don't have answers around severance or rebadge this late in the game? Incompetence is really showing in the new CTC.
All you dumb kids need to quit crying because you don't know the right asses to kiss. Kiss the right asses and you too can keep your job for 40 years.
Incompetent leadership hiring another company to tell them where to cut. If only BCG would have the balls to tell the people paying them that they are the problem. Good thing we followed the Chevron way and took our time to do things right. Right? Actually noone has a clue and I'd like to use my stop work authority which I was told I could use at any time. The train is coming off the rails and noone is stopping it.
You can't trust cajun leadership.
you not the only one touched on that sailboat...
love how the leadership is all taking a fat retirement package after selling us out, as they don't want to see the sh– show that will exist in the ashes
