I had an uncle that made his living as an attorney taking Allstate to litigation for unpaid claims. I doubt that it’s changed much since those days.

If this is from 2008, believe me when I say it hasn’t gotten any better. It’s probably the worst corporate company to work for in the country.
Its an old article, but there are other articles that mention Allstate being a high percentage of suits due to claims practices
