Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Just a pit stop to something better

I see so much favoritism going on between management and their subordinates. Employees getting cushy work schedules, taking breaks whenever they want, and doing as little as possible. I've been here for 6 years and my frame of mind right now is that anything is better than this and all I have to do is hang on until I find it. And I'm sure most of us who actually do the work think this way.

I'm looking forward to the day when all that's left in my club are those favorites. I wonder how long it will take for the whole place to crumble down with the rest of us gone.

@mjx Every time a long term associate leaves it is not better for the club.

I have an interview because after being at Sam's for over 11 years it's time for me to leave I see too many problems and not a bright future. the person that commented about this thread shi.. on anybody I'm sure the person that started it was not sh..ing on anybody but only sharing what they see in their club. like my club things are not right and only to get worse. Soon you won't have a job because that's the way Sam's club is going .... less people less jobs in clubs but that's your right to think what you want and we think as we think. the signs are all there .... March is also coming good luck to all

This isn’t meant to sh– on anybody, and I realize you are just venting, but Sams was just fine before your and Sams will be just fine without you. Nobody is exempt from that. Good luck in your job hunt.
