I'm amazed at how the company thinks everyone is so stupid. They think giving long term employees a paid vacation is equal to a severance package. Well I have news for them they can keep there chump change and I'll reserve my right to talk to anyone I choose when i choose. This is nothing shy of an insult to people who worked hard for the company and was forced out by no fault of there own. This being said I'm going to copy and paste this ridiculous offer on social media as often as I can so the rest of the country can see just how much S3Aw*&^d appreciates their employees. This is an embarrassment to me so I dont mind returning the favor and embarrassing them. Stay tuned!

I feel the same way. I can make more money talking to the media about the things I've seen than this insulting few weeks pay. And "believe" me, I've seen some real s#!* while working at SW!!! See what I did there.
Did the severance letter have a stipulation that you can't talk to the media / lawyer?
