What do you do when a manager blocks you from using company provided benefits?

Managers can't block benefits and i mean that literally. Your manager may not make the call for you, but all of the resources are there and available for you and you can make a call.
What are the circumstances surrounding this inquiry? I wish people would be more definitive when they post.
File complaint with Dept. of Labor (google it). Get a lawyer and sue.
How can any manager block anyone from using a benefit?
Most of the company provided benefits are based on the associate's eligibility. A phone call to the Benefits Hotline will typically resolve most issues.
