I almost forgot to mention....

DPDA is currently useless because you HAVE NO BUSINESS.

So you’re saying the HLE GM isn’t qualified because he doesn’t know what DPDA is? You mean the joke of a projection system airport ops uses? You guys have such little growth (or loss), and it’s SO predictable that you can tell (almost exactly) your amount of no-shows, take it out of your reservations, and then subtract your fleet and you get your +/- wooooooooow.

Meanwhile, HLE ops during covid is having double digit HLES growth that you cannot predict the # of days, or where the car will return, or who will get in an accident at what time, and we do all of this in our head and still have better NPS scores and operate at higher UTE.

Airport is pathetic. Kid can probably run that airport with his eyes closed while playing his video games. You should get fired. Probably a customer service director. Wasn’t your NPS at that airport negative? Go focus on that.

This is how I know Hertz is going under. They make an ex HLE GM, GM of Airport and HLE. in SW. This kid does not know what DPDA is or what it is for. He walks around looking for his next conquest and has Erin in his back pocket. We do not get it all. This kid is as dumb as a box of rocks. He loves to dress up as Harry Potter most of the time, and now he pretends he knows what a GM of airport does by playing video games all day, and telling everyone how he has puled the wool over Erin's eyes. God help us all. ABQ is f...ked

Expect another round of reductions by month end. Smaller airport markets have already annouced closures and HLE locations are closing more each day. The proposed sale of Donlen kind of solidifies the future which is bleak. In an effort to drive some more cash and under the pressure of Tom Callahan Donlen wil be spared and sold off. Front line staff is thin so this next round we will see more solidation of management roles.

They have already started announcing airport location closures. This forum is very accurate for the most part. It has really kept me informed as Hertz has not. GM’s still saying the company isn’t going under. Yeah OK .

I sure these cuts come true tomorrow. My 4 Directors do little next to nothing all day. Cars are dirty, so the Ops Director doesn't care. Well word is that he is too busy getting busy. And for the Customer Service Directors, they are NEVER here, kids sick, poodle pick ups, out to lunch, working from home,. All we get is the emails to sell more. To who I ask. I waited on 4 people in 8 hours, all military. Yes get them all out of here. SW region is terrible, all the managers do is walk around all day, complaining about the not new cars they are driving, omg

I've heard we should be safe this month but it's worth double checking.
