Does anyone have any insight into what the pay bands are for a non-bay area engineer for Grade 8/10/11?

Grade 10 product mktg gets approx 115k
better than nothing, but you have no leverage now, just MMR, which is a ploy by CSCO to pay less than anyone else. Base pay always had been low, but RSU and ESPP made up for it, and usually 1.1 bonus payout. Now its work all day, lower than market pay, and no job security, congrats , you are working for IBM. Think I only got two raises in 15 years, one being a one time market adjustment. At this pay rate you just coast and learn stuff that companies care about, Z scaler, AWS, Azure, OKTA, etc.
