who? tipically white managers use microaggression against black women, seen it many times, as they face a double whammy of gender and racial and discrimination, and are more likely to experience the “quit and stay” phenomenon as a result of it.
I had a very intelligent and productive black girl in our operation. fastfoward a year later she started hating her job, I reached out and asked her to see if she had any issues and she showed me, Her supervisor was giving the kind of projects we all know are used to make her quit.

So this is it. wherein an employee feels alienated and ignored and is mentally checked out, but stays in her role anyway because of other contributing factors. Those factors being: the fear of negative stereotypes, not having better or the right career opportunities available, or needing to provide for family members.

In short, she reached out to HR and shared the information.
she was moved yo another team for One Month before she was fired for performance.

Here we go, her manager, the new manager and HR collectively clocked the perfect case, to distribute the blame to just 1 person.

Today, The racist managers are still thriving, and making peoples miserable, but we all know who they are....

A WOMAN CEO at JPMC? never.

Whe have to be honest!

Do me a favor, next time you are at work count the number of Woman in senior pisitions vs White guys is senior pisitions.

right! this glass ceilung is the product of institutionalised exclusion which, although allowing the mass entry of women to certain occupations, is responsible for keeping them unequally positioned economically.

Why? to be honest I make make twice as much as my females peers and we have the same jobs and resoi responsabilities.

And this is 100% intentional, or ask Jamie Demon.

13% of Americans are black and their board has 10 members. That is not far off what you would expect statistically. Their Board has 0 Asians and 0 Latinos. So, saying they have one black woman doesn't really seem unexpected, and they have better representation than other minorities on that specific board. In general, all corporate board's need more diversity, but I'm not sure JP Morgan specifically needs another black woman on their board.
