Stop complaining. Nike is far from the worst company to work. My brother lost his job several months ago and watching him and his family struggle has been heartbreaking and eye opening. This place is far from ideal, but it's still providing me with a good income when so many don't even have that. People here need to look at the big picture before complaining about small things.

Every time you hear a person start a sentence with "at least you/we/I....." just know that person completely lacks empathy and is a self-centered individual. Check out a good video - empathy with brene brown!
nobody is firing thousands of people. plus nike lost $790 million in 4th qtr. Stock price is mostly future expectations

@wci, OK. What is your point given the context of the original post?
Nike is the only company that does exceptionally well with stock price at all time high and still fire thousands of people during COVID. People who lost there jobs are from industries heavily impacted by COVID- hospitality, airline, etc. Oh and under armor.
OP...completely understand and agree with you. It is good to have that income and my heart aches for those families who do not have that at the moment. One thing though, people on this site are not complaining about small things. They are rather large and fundamentally wrong. People need some type of venue to let put their frustrations and hear what others are experiencing. If that helps people deal and cope with the situation, why would you want to take that away from them? Simpler solution: do not participate. How would you react is you got laid off?
