Just received honeywell offer to join. Anyone negotiated before? Will HR budge or my hiring manager change anything?

Please do not work for this company. Just read the threads on this site. It is not worth it no matter how sweet they make the deal look. It's not.
It is not hot as hell here for 6 months out of year . June, July, Aug, Sept. part of May. Thats 4 - 4 1/2 months

If you are considering a job in Arizona there's something else for you to consider – it is hotter than hell here at least six months out of the year. We just had the hottest August ever and something like 50 days of highs over 110. Global warming is real. I'm stuck here due to family ties.
You can try, but if it is AERO, they will NOT budge. Experience? School? Doesn't matter. They start you off low even if you negotiate. And if you start before the entry wages change a mere 5 months later be prepared to train people out of HS and tech school to make over 10% more than you do.
This is an atypical scenario though. In support of what others have said, you'll never know what they'll do. I will agree that you should only take this if it is the best you can find for now. Just look at how many threads are on this site related to honeywell. Also check them out on comparably.
My daughter was offered a position at Honeywell, I'm a Honeywell retiree and I told her if you need a job take it and then do not stop looking and applying for other jobs. Honeywell does not have any loyalty to you and you should not have any loyalty to them.
If its your only job offer, take it. Honeywell ain't that bad of a place to work in but it ain't the best either especially in how they had handled the situation that we are facing now. The absolute lack of empathy and thought for its workers is a far cry from many other companies faced with the same situation.
It is toxic at the top but if you're on the floor, there are still many honest, helpful guys thats worth working with here.
Just understand that it’s not unusual to have years with no raise and will also have unpaid furloughs so you need to get the money when you start. Also after the Great Recession Honeywell never restored the full 401k match so will that happen this time? Time will tell. In other words, up your counter offer because you won’t get ahead in the future.
Negotiate. Go 10 percent up at least or add paid relocation time off of equivalent value.
Honeywell defense businesses are absolutely desparate for people to work.
Remember that you are interviewing honeywell. Do not accept without touring the building. Many people find that the mold in many honeywell buildings is so bad they simply cannot stay.
Above all do not stop interviewing.
Never take the first offer with HW. They design the system for that purpose.

If you are experienced and need the job, take it. Don't expect them to negotiate much.
If you are a college grad, you may want to look for a company with a better grad school reimbursement plan. You may be able to get them to negotiate a higher bonus if you agree to accept sooner

Honestly if it's in Honeywell AERO you were just given a ticket on the Titanic. I'd be shocked if anywhere in AERO was external hiring but if that's the case, you're likely being brought in to cover for someone who finally had enough and quit or retired. This place is toxic and you WILL regret working here I can guarantee it. Take the job if you're desperate but treat it like you dont have a job and keep looking and get out as fast as you can.
What ever you do get everything you want in writing! Join this organization with caution and leave your options open. No division of Honeywell is good.
Highly depends on which part of Honeywell, and the management. If Aerospace, maybe think about other options. Do yourself a favor, and read some older threads on this site. We are in major downturn, so actually surprised they are hiring at all.
Tell them that you want it in writing that you will not be furloughed for non-performance related issues five years. See what they say and then make your choice.
