Do they exist?

I finally threw in the towel. I left of my own accord. HON’s management is delusional. Individuals 3 or 4 times removed from day to day business operations truly think they know more than the employees who do the actual work. After several counterparts were let go, they wanted us survivors to pick up their work. I know this isn’t unique at HON. It is pretty ignorant though. One person cannot do the work three people were struggling to do before. It is a business. I get all that. But the arrogance, ignorance and selfishness is intolerable. I feel for my co-workers. I hope they all find jobs where they are happy and rewarded for their efforts.
Honeywell HTSI is the worst
They definitely do exist. My wife and I have both worked for worse companies.

"Honeywell - better than working for Stalin"
Initech?
Honeywell loves their employees in Indier, Chiner, etc...all non US and Can locations.
These days, any large US corporation hates their costly US employees.
@1piy+16SYciIh I'm not sure how "average" Honeywell is.
I saw this in another thread. This is a list of 500 large companies that are better than Honeywell.
19 of the 500 are Aerospace and Defense.

Comcast, frontier and every other cable company comes to mind.
I would say honeywell is average...
which i find funny in that honeywell cant even manage to be the best at being worse.
Like a room temperature hot tub.
Lots of noise and looks great from a distance but just dissapointing up close.
Companies don't exist long when they operate like this. Think Enron.
In my 40-yr career I have worked or consulted at multiple Fortune 500 companies. Honeywell is far and away the worst company I've ever worked for. Absolutely shameful how they treat employees and perpetuate a toxic culture of fear and loathing that benefits only the cabal at the top.
Harvey Weinstein productions llc and Jeffrey Epstein Entertainment LLC were almost as bad.
Comcast
AT&T
Andersen Consulting, now known as Accenture. They are scumbags
I got nothing...
Being riffed was Christmas in June for me.
Not sure about current ones but I experienced much worse in the past.
The old Control Data in its last couple years for one and V.T.C (gone now) in Minnesota has to be the worst I have known.
And please name them if there are.
