Joke is on the “truth teller” in the WSJ article. More people at EM are soooo glad he’s gone. The guy had serious anger management issues and was definitely trying to be some sort of internal climate change vigilante. Good riddance- the system works. If you are a toxic A-hole, ExxonMobil doesn’t want you. Hooray for the new performance assessment system!
Supervisors don't have the guts to deliver negative feedback in your face because they are spineless jellyfish. They got where they are by kissing a$$ and they are deathly scared of rejection. Zero courage. But that is the lightweight species that floats. And thats what's going to sink the company.

How in the hell did they find 20 disgruntled employees out of 74,000?!?!?! PGA is so worked up about the article they emailed DWW to explain they are working to tell their side of the story...it’s likely delayed as it has grown in scope and impact. This is not a troll conspiracy theory
