How many people are being PIPd in US locations, and number of years at XOM?
What does it mean that supervisor keeping log of weekly meeting during PIP?

You for forgot about the ones forced to retiree! They are part of this shady ranking BS.... 30+ years and always in the top of the middle bucket and forced to very bottom... now forced to loose money and start over somewhere else so that that I am not taxed to death...
Like that 'he said-she said' ref below (@sld+).
But it's only He said.
They do try to document in their loose, amiable bus-watching ways.
"PIP nodded acknowledgably at my rebukes."
"PIP said 'OK'."
And the numbers - probably less than 300 US-wide taking PIP vs. PiL.
Total number of years? Infinite, if you go by stress-weight.
Keeping a weekly log is standard for any PIP. It’s nothing new. It documents progress in the PIP so there’s no he-said-she-said issues.
