In our club the 20+ have drooping fast. The company keeps giving raises to nubees and nothing for us. The Comp. also seems to trying to delete or changing all the jobs the 20+ were holding. In my club the Mgnt expects 200% from us and about 50% from nubees. I have 26 years in just turned 62 and am looking in to retiring. I would like to keep working, but there is no incentive to stay. I don't even want to get started about my locked up sick and personal time. At least a partial buyout would have been nice.

I m old and thankful I ve only been there 9 yrs. I definitely will retire or die before my 20th yr.
it s—s that companies don’t care but honestly none of them do so don’t think it’s just Sams.
All 20 year + associates will have a target on their backs. What a reward for their hard work & loyalty. Most 20 years associates are a heckuva lot more knowledgeable about how to get things done than the suits & skirts calling the shots.
i would even take a two for one split for the old sick time.i have been with the company for 28 years and never used it.would like to see some benefit from it.
They're all quitting or getting pushed out the door.
Yes, a swift kick in the a** for all you've done! Why even stay? You are raising your blood pressure for a nothing company!
Let's not even mention how many personal hours I lost
Yes they will be finding more ways to get rid of us.
What about folks under 20 years?
Yep...if you have legacy sick time a whole 16 hours of it will be converted on oct 1 into regular PTO...very generous of home office eh...give you 16 hours out of 192 ..all of which you carefully built up over years of working sick ..very gracious of them to give you a bit of the total that is already yours to begin with !!!! Very very very insulting....
