So the board and exec management team will sluff the settlement off to the shareholders. Thus my saying claw back some executive bonuses

OK so who do we see about the total incompetence of The Board, The Executive management team, The CEO, The head of HR, or the incompetent Lawyers who signed off on this. IBM Board, its time to claw some of the bonus money back to help pay for the incompetence. We are easily within the 5 year window
It's about time!!! Time for IBM to get their way overdue reality checked.
