Not sure how much people who work at all the other parks make but SWSD employees who work for minimum wage are paid $13.00 an hour ! No matter how long you have worked there, new people make $13.00 an hour. A lot of people who have worked there for over 12 years and got small raises and developed experience are making now as much as people straight off the street !

SeaWorld is paying the local minimum wage wherever possible to save money.
It's going to cost them more to pay people in San Diego. Soon it will be a minimum wage of $15.00. I see SWSD closing at that point.
Yeah but minimum wage roles are usually something that a person can be taught to do in a month though.
Yeah that’s the min wage for California. Doesn’t really apply to the other parks .
