I don’t see any change in this organization. I don’t see the press talking abut employees rights. I don’t see bargaining units discussing the plight of employees, who may not be working in sweatshops, but are working in environments where employers think it is ok to have employees work a 50 and 60 hour work week with no overtime, (reducing your hourly wage by up to 25%). And many think they have MAGA because the market is going up, but unfortunately it made and is making it great for those who run platforms That this site is on, it made and is making it great for their investors, it is making great for millionaires who have the stock in the portfolio, it is making it great BECAUSE OF YOU.And you are not reaping the rewards financially, professionally or getting the respect an employee should be as a partner in their employers success.

We are asked to sacrifice in times of need, but never rewarded in good financial times.

To the contrary, this site provides much info. For example this site provides for somewhat of an inside look from the viewpoint of some of its employees. It's a temperature gauge. Giving those of us who are out looking for work, more info on where or where NOT to apply. Yes some workers vent their frustrations, I find very telling. One needs to do a thorough analysis and all info is welcome.
