When you report something thru home office, home office gets ahold of your store manager and ask questions. The store manager investigates and most of the time they narrow it down to a department or associate then retaliation happens.
Do NOT trust ANY managers, team leads and some associates.
Open Door Policy is a joke. We had associates go directly to home office and nothing got done, nothing. The complaint was emailed to numerous top managers at home office. The behavior of the workplace bullies continues on a daily basis. I have never seen so many so called adults act like high school children who love to gang up and bully people. What needs to be done is to see the victims hire a lawyer and sue the club manager for not taking action.
That’s right! And if you do, they are so unprofessional, they go and tell there best favorite associate about wherever is going on with you, then this person tell the other one and you going to be in every one mouth lol...
