Maintenance is the lowest paid department in the store/club. They have to deal c-ap and piss on the floors in the restrooms. If someone get sick it's maintenance cleaning it up. Unless you've been with the company a long time they are paid on average $12.00 an hour. Also most other associates won't lift a finger to help out when there is no one available. Been told many of time that that job is below my pay grade. So yeah maintenance does deserve a raise.

Why bc they didn’t get a raise ?
We lost 5 of our maintenance associates but one, an he put in his 2 week notice today. Sad!!! Sad!!! Sad!!! HO Needs to do better!!!!
