The Tacoma managers will manage other managers! C'mon mate! Get with the program.
No one knows what will happen. Keep your head down and do the best you can. If you get cut is not because you didn't do your best. And if you didn't do your best then you won't feel as bad. In any case, remember, you have very little control over what happens. Your Manager has little control over what happens. His Manager has some control over what happens, and his manager just wants to see X amount of cost cut regardless of who goes. 3-4 levels up you as a person don't exist. You exist as cost/benefit string of numbers. That is it.
Who will Tacoma managers manage?
Tacoma office will be cut again. Only people left in this location will be managers. It's actually funny. These id–ts are managers and have non or very few direct reports to them. What a huge waste of talent and potential this place has turned into. Sorry everyone. Financial field is leaving usa. Time for a career change.

This is happening in ALL ops areas. Senior manager workshops for the next month with ops and tech looking at delivery model changes and automation possibilities. Get some senior manager friends, get some coding skills, or get a cardboard box.
