Make sure you bring this up in your checkpoint bluebirds.
Contact the EEOC and your employment attorney. This is just the start. IBM is very concerned and does not want the bad PR or lawsuits. No doubt they have targeted older employees. Very deliberate.

This one is a little less encouraging. Says that although EEOC found that IBM did engage in targeting older workers, it can't make them pay up. Instead, to "play nice" in the future it says.
Ha! That is like telling the fox guarding the hen house to promise to behave. Not likely to happen.
