Darren is nowhere to be found or heard from. A real leader, a real CEO would be out front and upfront with employees. Darren is curled up in the fetal position hiding from employees instead of communicating with us. And an email crafted by your PR team is not going to cut it. We know you've hired an outsider, Robert Clark, to be your new Global Communications Spin Master. This is the sign of a weak leader and a coward.

I suspected he was shown the door as well. Too slow to adapt.. And losing credibility in all ways.. seems to be a common view for employees. I reckoned the new communication guy will be to manage transition.. let’s see the coming quarters..

I think the company has already decided to die on that hill - too proud to accept anyone from the outside and the board is too pliable. But still, it would be nice ...

People - You have not heard from him because he is being transitioned OUT. An outside heavy hitter global comms guy comes in? An outside media guy comes in...both mid/senior level? NC gets media coverage? They have already told him and he has negotiated his package and being a good boy while waiting for their plan to present NC at his debutant ball.
They send it in behalf of someone else so the execs email isn't flooded with reply messages.

Mid career, ranked not anywhere near pip. Too old to start a new career in a different industry, too young to retire. Genuinely worried about the future of the company. Never hear from ceo during “the most difficult time” is unbelievable
Ranked “outstanding” and simply concerned about the lack of communication from the top. Yes, we have gotten the boilerplate email that each President edited to for their organization. That said, I would have expected our CEO to show us that he really meant that “our employees are our greatest assets”....well? Talk to us honestly.
I am also not PIPd and would love to hear from Darren. Right now I’m getting emails from Linda DuCharme about the state of the world and they are so patronizingly worded. People are craving honesty and they are given smoke and mirrors.
