When will the layoffs start in HCP? Our integration date is the first week of Nov. The excess PTO will be paid out. Any news?

Were you dancing or prancing. We were "required" to participate in this corporate US garbage. Sword fighting while the billionaire owners were laughing themselves to the banks.

Maybe read the 'commandments' on the corporate walls, put on that smiley face t shirt, do 'sword fighting' with brainwashed boomers and gen x'ers', walk that plank, sing the duhvita song, and chant to the "leadership".
There was no such thing as "negative" nor "positive". Only truths and delusions. The slime balls that sold to the stock market, then sold again to again dump laughed themselves to the bank. That "health" "care" place was a corporate swamp—the employee lackeys eagerly participated in all the nonsense bc they believed the bulldooky. Most happily participated in getting the shaft bc most thought they would be in the in crowd w/ lotsa corporate brown nosing and rubbing elbows with the revolving door phony "leadership". Most employees there had severe corporate stockholm syndrome and can't face reality–it's a mental derangement. Most likely worked very hard for the empty smiling partners-owners who gave the employees/teammates the double middle fingered salute, and left with billions to share. Theyre on their yachts, buying huge houses, lux cars off of sick people. They got their US money off of sick people. Nice. They loved employees with mortgages, kids, cars, etc...bc they were able to own/control them. They were obedient drones to the corporation.
And now, likely, many can barely make your rent / mortgage or other endless recurring american debt. That's reality. Reality is that which even after you stop believing it, still exists (Philip K. Dyck). The wool was not being pulled over your eyes, the wool WAS your eyes. Listen what is not being said.
Next week HCP Tech in CA May have an ugly mess. We were transitioning to the hub and now it has been postponed. By ent of next week there are activities to take place around position offer, rejection and termination. Small bits have leaked out. Worried about the older teammates and the people who have been here forever and may be too old to enter the job marks now. So horrible. Management is very closed mouth.

Just because one is an employee doesn’t mean they agree with all around them.
What did you expect? The "health" "care" corporation was bought/sold 2x to publically traded stock market fraud street. The former owners were mostly conartists and sold you down the river. They loved folks with mortgages, debts, kiddos, etc....you were obedient to them. And worked really hard for those owner boomers. They only loved that money and the doctor/health care partner thing was window dressing for the money getting. Vulture capitalists. The singing and the dancing and decorating those cubicles was fo sho. A distraction technique from reality. You got played. And likely, enjoyed getting played. Who in their right mind would work there UNLESS you have ZERO options.
