Is it cheaper to pay the fine than to upgrade the network?

It is nothing compared to the MANY lawsuit settlements that Zucher @ CNN caused and T had to pay.

They didnt have a whole national dept complete with SME's that were covering this sort of thing that were recently "virtualized" by "software automation" and let go?? no one wants to read the supporting slides after the "end of presentation" if they are even allowed to be included. Looks like the hidden costs of "virualization" are adding up, eh? Too late OP, looks like several hundred jobs had already covered the cost, must have been advance planning. [Humor].
