Has anyone noticed the change, gone are the secret code name projects, that had similar objectives, like ‘Magnolia’ which had the intention to get rid of a few jobs in Europe in 2017. Now we have HW3 which we know is ‘how are where we work’.........you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to know that it means shift as many jobs to low cost locations or outsourcing to MSPs!
It's the contraction of the name of a fake study that will be used to justify the decisions that have been made by the Board. The results are already known: reduce number of employees, outsource to India and China, and sell real estate.
