I wouldn’t put it past them.
Managers are being extremely unprofessional and dishonest on every performance review. They are fooling HR departments with their fake and fabricated review reports. HR might question these managers why employees who got multiple BE suddenly got ME? Very suspicious and dishonest. If HR get these managers and multiple BE folks properly scrutinized, all those who played politics to layoff good people will soon be out of BNYM. This time it could be that HR sends the list to managers who will be laid-off NOT that managers send to HR.
It could. Watch your work/revenue volume. If your bringing in less money the difference must come from somewhere to keep EPS in line or drop little. The more banks do this the more BK will feel ok to do the same. Remember Bk always follow what GS does AFTER GS does it.
