Horizons exemption and posting impact

Folks that joined after May 1st 2019 are exempt from applying. Does that mean some jobs in the pool tomorrow already predefined for those folks?

Some jobs may have been on org charts but not on the tool because they are for Horizons.

I think it's different on a case by case. Upstream vs downstream and roles.

@vhn were you an EXPERIENCED hire? Only those in the Horizons program (university/college hires from May 2019 forward) are out of scope. This is true across all of CTC.

One of my coworkers hired on August 2019 and is in-scope as well. Strangely enough, another person on the team hired on at the same time and is out of scope.

This is not true. I hired on in July 2019 and am in-scope.

Probably not. What it likely means is if you compare numbers for positions with they won’t match up with numbers on published future org charts. Example: there are 5 engineers listed reporting to the same supervisor but one is Horizons then only 4 jobs will be posted.
