I don’t know of many who are motivated to produce.
What motivation is there?
Everyone saw the highest producers, ergo the highest paid get SRD.
There was an immediate and sustained reduction in work output and motivation.
There was an immediate and sustained increase in bad behaviors- Credit stealing, blame game, knives in the back.
Oh what a joy to work for Fords.

Look, if you have half a brain and are remotely observant you know they will do an involuntary reduction at the beginning of next year. Hackett and Bill Ford hates any employee over the age of 35. The plan they describe is simply a continuous cycle of remove the older with packages and then gut the center wit32h involuntary cuts. Wash, rinse, repeat. Think Fareley is going to do anything different? Wouldn't hold your breath. Bill will not allow Fareley to do anything that Hackett didn't tell him to do. Like all our execs, they are just interested in the paycheck for as long as they can milk the Ford cow.

Of course. Those who make the cut will generally be more motivated to produce then they would without a raise after a cut.

So are you saying they can string people along with raises right now because a significant amount of people will be gone sometime in 2021?

Not at all. 2021 will have some form of involuntary reduction. Regardless of the # of takers through the VIP offer.
