I'm hearing that another set of raises are coming this year ..is it true?

Maintenance will never get a decent raise. Was told by a manager that they will always be the last to get a raise, and when they do it will be next to nothing. Even though to get stuck with most of the sanitizing the stores/clubs they are on the bottom of any list for raises.
You have to remember whenever there is a raise there is restructure and someone is going to be out a job
If it is MARKETING TL it is about time, we have been over looked too many times- used and abused during the pandemic!! Hope it's true even if we are at cap pay!!! We certainly have added to the success of Sam's Club- our safety is always at risk out in the field canvassing for this company!!
