Job Template One Pager

We have another form to fill out for the transformation called the Job template one pager. Did management in previous rounds have to fill this in our just the worker bees in round 4?

The template explains how you meet the selection criteria for specific jobs. It complements the GO400. Template is used at the discretion of your selection representative, but if your rep wants it, it's worth putting in the time and effort.

Noble here. We just got notified we have to fill the same template out for the merger. This should go over well within the masses on both sides of the fence.

It should be up to your Selection Rep on whether you have to fill out this “other” form. They were used in Round 3 but are now trying to make the form more “fit-for-purpose”. It’s really just for your Selection Rep to get to know you better. It’s not for the job owners.

We were told we can’t meet with job owners, yet they are the ones doing the shortlisting of the slate. How does that happen?

Nobody will even glance at your GO-400 or any 3 liner template.

All that matters is

  1. Are you the incumbent?
  2. If not, then how well the people on the selection committee know you?

This is going to impact people's livelihoods and the people responsible for making the selection don't have enough time to actually meet with with the people, or be bothered to read all the information required to make an informed decision. Whoever paid to have their GO400's written, or are the best creative writers get preference in this situation.

It’s optional. Yes, people in round 3 did it. Some job owners aren’t requesting them.

I think the one-pager speaks to how the GO400 is due for a refresh. With 13,000 people in scope, job owners aren’t going to have time to read everybody’s GO400.
