High priced products and low value for the money. Cell service? Switched to T-mobile for unliimited for two was less than for one with my discount at AT&T. Quality of service the same. Internet? Bonded pair with low speeds (28M) with AT&T was more expensive than the 400M when switched to Suddenlink. No hiccups whatsoever. Entertainment? Went thru Dish, U-Verse, DirecTV and various streaming services with AT&T and ended up with better programming for less when switched to YouTubeTV. Same with a friend who switched to HULU Live. What's common here? Less value for more money. Why? Because AT&T is still banking on their "name" and "we're the best" when haven't been for quite awhile now. Still acting like everyone will pay for their "name" and everyone else is substandard or that we're really the only game in town. In the meantime the consumer is more interested in value for their money. Seems like leadership has been "dammit we're the best at what we do and if customers don't understand that well screw 'em" as customers continue to bail and they ride this company into the ground.

Stanley’s three year plan is to skim off $150-$200 million out of AT&T into his pockets!! AT&T will continue to languish!

Ratty ruined everything, and Stankey changes course to being worse than one could have ever possibly imagined, is actually considered progress based on this companies spinning moral and business compass. Way to go Team Destruction!

He forgot to mentioned to get rid of DTV for a couple $B - if he finds a buyer for it and how smart he was to pay almost $70B to acquire it. What a genius! company is now in great hands - Mr Stinkey: u have have done enough damage to AT&T and its smart and hardworking workforce. Time for you to get investigated and maybe become Bubba's cellmate :-).

Here are my three initiatives.

  1. Reduce consumer cost, and beat competitive pricing to increase our subscriber base.
  2. Increase consumer confidence, satisfaction, and trust.
  3. Develop a 3 year plan, and partner with industry leaders, to include less fossil fuel dependency.

ANOTHER POOR DECISION DRIVEN INTO A DECLINING STOCK SHARE!

Wake up! John Donovan, Randall, and others bailed out with golden parachutes holding a bag of golden eggs. Any one or many of those who remain will get the blame for those poor decisions.

The employees know the business. The employees know the competition. The employees seek success. But there is such a distance between the employee voice and the ear that really matters.

Yes, fiber does cost a lot to deploy! So do satellites for the future Starlink. The low earth orbit satellites in beta testing have greatly improved latency and speed, and will penetrate the consumer market much deeper than fiber ever will.

A Wall Street professional recent suggested that investing in a company is easy. Investing in a company with a CEO who really cares merits greater consideration.

"Improve Capital Allocation Discipline"

Really?

What capital is left after paying all the debt Ratty and Stinky created, taking on more debt to keep paying the dividends, and lining their pockets with lucrative pay and pension and perks?

I guess the 5G deployment is not important either, and they will just keep trying to fool everyone using 5Ge instead.

Building fiber is one thing, selling fiber is a different animal. When was the last time you heard a huge deal announced in this space, where T won a sizable business contract. Think hard, I'll make myself a sandwich while waiting.
