I have no doubt that Jyve May be transitioning to work our product and DSD could be ending soon...but for those of you who think that letter is real and that HR is trying to spin it need a reality check. Our HR doesn’t give two c-aps about what we say on this anonymous website...lastly, for the guy who claimed that was your real termination letter get a life and try to fake a better one

Well I googled termination letter examples and this was the first result. Lol fake news.

  1. Sample Termination letter without Cause (staff reduction).

Oct. 1, 2020

Mr. Peters,

This letter of termination of employment is to inform you that your employment with Pied Piper, Inc. will end as of October 29, 2020. This decision is final and will not be modified.

You have been terminated for the following reasons:

Recent economic conditions have caused a significant downturn in sales, necessitating a 20 percent workforce reduction at Pied Piper. Unfortunately, your position is part of this reduction and has been eliminated.

You will receive your final paycheck after your last day, as well as payment for remaining leave. You will also receive a $15,000 severance payment provided the attached release of claims document is signed and returned.

Your health care benefits will remain in effect for 180 days after your termination takes effect.

You are requested to return the company vehicle, key card, and phone on your last day of employment.

Also, please keep in mind that you have signed a number of agreements which prohibit you from divulging confidential information. Please review the attached copies.

If you have questions about this letter please contact John Smith at 555-0600.

Yours,

Jack Barker

Chico CA, dont tell them anything. It is obvious that the person asking for your team number is a HR manager here to do damage control. Of course he/she will deny this. Dont be fooled! I bet this thread gets deleted because that brave employee shared that letter.

Give team number and position? Wouldn't that make that person a target for management? Some people want their severance.

All fake BS. We would all here something if this was the case. They will let everyone across country go at same time not by region. Plus that letter is not very professional and obvious you typed it up. DSD not going away yet maybe 5 to 10 years.

As I asked, are you stating that merchandisers and sales reps in the northwest have been let fired from the company?

The only “proof” will be an announcement! Until then, it may be wise to pay close attention to the clues! Can’t miss them, ask a nestle rep!!! Some people are really gonna kick themselves

You post B.S. and then don't back it up with any proof!!!
I agree that DSD will end eventually but it could still be years before this greedy company gives up their cash cow to retailers...
