Agreed. Glassdoor is whack. Unless everyone is so vigilant to keep a copy of every post they make and are ready to repost it as soon as it's taken down.
I have posted an honest negative review and it remained on Glassdoor. Be aware that your review will not appear immediately, so it may seem like it is deleted, but it needs to be vetted, before the post is really seen. I do agree that Honeywell has hired/coerced people to post positives...so the reviews are skewed. But I would recommend that if you have the time, please post an honest review, it may help other people and if nobody wants to work at Honeywell, perhaps they will change.
Mine was removed from Glassdoor.
Glassdoor is fake. Just post a comment with a link here to help future candidates see how Honeywell really is
Glassdoor is a scam, just like the BBB.
Companies actually will hire interns for a month so they can flood it with reviews. Then all you need to do is pay an internet troll farm a few hundred dollars to have thousands of unique IP addresses hit the "flagged" button on the post to get a review automatically booted.
I tried posting my last week so i could confirm my email and everything. 1 star. Deleted. Glassdoor is fake. I was carefull to avoid issues. Just mentioned furloughs and RIF. Fake site.
Corporate HR actively scrubs negative reviews from Glassdoor. There is a recruiting team member in Sky Harbor and Tempe that monitors the site and removes negative reviews.
Management of many failing firms has stooges post fake reviews at their behest. Woe betide the fool who relies on Glassdoor review to make a career choice.
What do you think would happen if someone posted on Glassdoor to come over here to learn the truth about working at HW?
