Seriously, just tell us if we have 60 days from today or 60 days from September etc...
You said we in claims will know by the end of this month-stick by what you say. You drill it in us to hold ourselves accountable to customers when setting timelines and honoring those timelines.
Whatever it is just tell us.
We can start planning our next steps. You should show us and this company some level of respect and appreciation to at least do that. Just tell us.

People need to know if they need to start looking for a job please stop this charade
Even if it’s telling us about the general redundancy or elimination in our areas, we should be able to get that information. They need to stick to the timeline they gave us.
I think the message was we would know if our jobs were being eliminated or were redundant by the end of July . We would not know our personal situation (if there was redundancy) until end of Aug or early Sept. I think we could still be on schedule for the 60 day notice to end the end of Oct
