Do you think we will still get our bonuses before the company goes under?

I am donating my bonus to the company. Ive made a good living from wft and its time to give back for the good of all
I am not going to tolerate dispatchers sending out jobs with wrong and missing items. As in get to a job 120 miles away and not have a xover and c-ap like that. You pull that here and youre gone no excuses
If the ops people and coordinators had to pay for their foulups the would owe wft money. We had a " coordinator/dispatcher" here when i took over and he lasted 4 days
Bonus? What’s that?
There should be no bonuses for anyone you get a flat salary and and everything goes the dam fckin company. Dont like it? Eat sht
Personally I feel that everyone should share in a company’s financial success - even the “office bunnies” - if those fluffy cute little bunnies didn’t push the invoice to the client and then chase payment there would be no cash in the bank to pay any bonus.
Mind you, before anyone reminds me, the coffers aren’t exactly full and overflowing right now even with all the little bunnies scampering up hill and down dale ...
If you mean packer and plug hands no they do not get bonuses nor should they
Completions tool hands in our area do not get bonuses and definitely no expenses at this time. They are lucky and I mean extremely lucky to get 40 hours. Layoffs are still being discussed. Just be happy you still have a job. Nothing has changed. There is still no improvement and the same clueless management is still in place. You are ‘One Weatherford’ until you are sacrificed for the greater corporate good.
Field supervisors and tool hands get darn good bonuses plus expenses. Also directional. Not all of you deserve bonuses because you are office bunnies fighting wastebasket fires
Bonus.... what's that. I'm an ops supervisor and still wating. Never seen one.
We will give you a fair salary. Do you mind if we make a little off the mileage so we can maybe pay for your truck and our million dollar equipments
Weatherford doesn’t seem to care about the field hands and field coordinators. They think the company can run and be profitable just with mid and upper management.
Who’s getting bonuses? Managers? Because it’s certainly not the field hands that go out and actually do the work and are the face of WFT that our customers see.
I think we will still get our bonus. I discussed with my PLM the other day and he was confident that despite missing targets and making a huge loss, WFT would pay out. Fingers crossed for you all.
they must have stopped the d–g testing. BONUS, did you say Bonus,
Bonus? Yes there is a life beyond WFT...consider it as bonus.
Bonus would be steel toe boot on your rear as a bonus out the door....
Can you also deep throat my drilling pipe while waiting for that bonus?
Bend over and grab your ankles you will the true meaning of bonus.
Bonuses are for value producers
Will this affect my bonus?
